Project Initiation

Once registered, users can initiate a new project by selecting the "Create Project" option. This step involves:

  • Defining Project Objectives: Users are prompted to articulate the goals of the project clearly. This foundational step helps in aligning team efforts and resources.

  • Setting Project Parameters: Users can define critical parameters such as budget, timeline, and scope. This ensures that all stakeholders are on the same page from the outset.

Team Collaboration

Effective collaboration is crucial for project success. This is facilitated by allowing users to:

  • Invite Team Members: Project leaders can invite colleagues and stakeholders by entering their email addresses. This feature fosters an inclusive environment from the very beginning.

  • Assign Roles and Responsibilities: Clearly defining roles helps streamline workflow and accountability. Users can assign specific tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that everyone knows their expected contribution.
