Alion Science and Technology Corporation, a Huntington Ingalls Industries company, has awarded nGAP a subcontract to conduct scientific research and technical analysis for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Surface Maintenance Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP).
