  Defining the Future

nGAP personnel are busy in defining the future of Federal Government procurement. Besides years of experience in actually designing and implementing procurement systems, we have been actively working with government organizations to help define the kind of improvements that keep pace with the rapid advances in information technology.

Other activities include:
	A cooperative Research & Development Agreement to define and implement a procurement system that uses state-of-the-art commercial processes for ordering, delivery and billing of commercial off-the-shelf supplies and services.
	Multiple appearances testifying before Congressional hearings on the issues and opportunities associated with Federal government procurement.
	Partnering with a global company that provides enhanced processes to newly developing countries for revenue creation and management purposes.
