  2/14/2008:  nGAP Acquisition Gateway - We Do Business the Way the Federal Government Does.   nGAP Incorporated has found a unique way to facilitate Federal Government procurement- it brings buyers and sellers together to use existing government contracts rather than writing new ones. Sound a bit radical? It shouldn't. Just look at data provided by the government on their Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) web site and you will find that 50% of all Federal procurement is done as a Task or Delivery Order against an existing IDV or GSA FSS contract vehicle.
