nGAP provides comprehensive solutions for managing one or multiple contracts. These solutions can be tailored to buyer as well as vendor requirements.

For a buyer, the nGAP Contract Management System enables a full range of procurement functionality from requirement definition to payment, closeout, and vendor evaluations. These can be integrated into many government legacy systems by experienced nGAP developers.

Contracts can be for single purchase or multiple awards. nGAP can tailor solutions for Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), or more localized requirements such as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) e.g. for heavy maintenance equipment.

From the vendor perspective, solutions can help suppliers manage one or more ongoing contracts including payment and project management. Invoicing and payment functionality help manage and improve cash flow.
